In the case of gold stamping equipment and gold stamping, there are 2 common kinds of hot stamping equipment as follows:

(1) round press round cloth for gold stamping:

The bronzing plate and the bottom die relief are cylindrical, and the two cylindrical rollers are linear contacts. The bottom die relief plate is made of silica gel material with moderate hardness. But this method, also has a shortcoming, because the cloth or more or less have some tension, in the whole volume of the roll - like fabric hot stamping process, the cloth and hot gold paper both at the same time, when doing polychromatic bronzing, it is not very good to control the accuracy of the color. (2) flat press gold for gold:

The most common bronzing machines are pneumatic bronzing machines or manual bronzing machines. The main components are made up of two metal plates. When making cloth bronzing, generally, the aluminum plate is heated and moves downward. The pressure and time that should be considered in stamping should depend on the height of the glue layer and the temperature that the fabric can bear. In most cases, the temperature is between 140 degrees ~160 degrees, the pressure is above 5kg, and the time is 10 seconds (reference value). The temperature is too low, the gold stamping fastness is not ideal; conversely, after cloth bronzing, the cloth is red (white cloth is yellowing). If the pressure is too low, the fastness will be affected; too high, the stereoscopic bronzing slurry will collapse and lose its three-dimensional sense.
